The Farmers Union Insurance Glass Center is designed to connect you to a customer service representative and a conveniently located glass shop for repairs all within minutes.

Here's how the service works:

Call 1-866-NFU-LOSS to report your glass claim. A customer service representative takes all the necessary information to set up your claim and will even connect you directly with one of our network glass shops.

• The glass shop will then schedule your repair or replacement appointment either at their location or even at your home or office if needed
• You get quality service from auto glass professionals with a 100% satisfaction guarantee!
• And the repair/replacement bill is sent directly to Farmers Union Insurance

Towing Claims

We get it. Tire blow outs and flats happen. When they do, we want you to be prepared. At Farmers Union Insurance, we offer emergency road side service.

Our basic towing coverage includes:

• Reimbursement for expenses incurred up to $300 when your vehicle is involved in a covered incident in which it is disabled
• Towing to the nearest service shop where repairs can be made during regular business hours if your vehicle is not running
• Immediate towing if your vehicle is stuck on or next to a public street or highway
• Up to two hours of mechanical labor wherever your vehicle broke down
• Complimentary tire changing
• Delivery of gas, oil or batteries at your expense
• Up to an hour of locksmith services to open your vehicle if your key is lost, stolen or locked inside your vehicle & and we pay the cost of labor
• All policies will include the "Roadside Assistance Program" notice
• Customers should call the phone number listed on this notice (800-547-4663) to obtain roadside service.
• Customers who do not use this phone number and want to submit their receipt for reimbursement should send their receipt along with their policy number to: roadside.reimbursement@allstate.com
