Our office was started in Minot in 1952. It has serviced the Minot area since that time with an excellent selection of products and outstanding customer service. We have 2 agents in our office, Bob Marquardt and Steve Heilman and 1 customer service representative, Charla Hannesson.

Bob Marquardt grew up on a farm in the Bottineau area. He graduated from Bottineau High School and graduated from North Dakota State University. Bob taught high school vocational agriculture classes in Rolette & Devils Lake, ND. Bob started his insurance career with QBE Farmers Union Insurance in 1986.

Steve Heilman was born in Rolette, ND and graduated from high school in Willow City. He attended Minot State University and graduated with a B.S. degree in business and finance. Steve started his career as a  Farmers Union Insurance agent in 2010. Steve was in the banking industry for twenty five years prior to beginning his insurance career.

Steve and Bob have over 24 years of combined experience with  Farmers Union Insurance, 25 years of providing financial services and working with clients on all lines of insurance.

Charla Hannesson was born in Devils Lake, ND and graduated from Devils Lake high school. She has many years of experience working in professional offices in North Dakota since graduating from high school.
