Claims

Our agency is different from the others in town for a variety of reasons. One of the main differences is the way we handle claims. We try to get all of our clients questions answered from a claims representative.

We are always available to our clients, if they have questions or issues with a claim we are always happy to help. If the client has a question or any issues, they call us and we’ll get it taken care of. Usually the claims people are very helpful and great to work with.
 
250 miles away from us (a young woman) hit a deer, and the claims people have already contacted her. It happened just the other day. The claims numbers are available on your cards and paperwork.

Normally the most consistent question we get regarding claims is how quickly can we see a claims representative if we have a claim. It’s usually within 24 hours.
The only thing that would vary is if there is a catastrophic situation (tornado) where they just can’t get to everyone.
We get a lot of claims from straight line wind, causes a lot of damage.
We also get quite a lot of hail claims.
