- Inland marine coverage for collectibles – that lists your collectibles, jewelry or guns, its extra coverage that protects the property no matter where it goes
- Unattached structure coverage – if you have a huge garage or workshop that is not attached to your house you may want to increase this coverage. (It comes standard, but you may need additional coverage)
- Replacement coverage on personal property - if your property is damaged, this coverage will cover the cost of replacing your damaged items
When we evaluate what type of coverage to recommend, we typically go out and inspect the dwelling and evaluate the structure. We look for things like the age of the home, the upkeep, building materials used and general wear and tear. Our company does cover metal roofs. Some companies don’t cover them, but WE DO!
