About the Agency
Ron Solheim Agency was established in 1975. In July of 2008, Ron’s son (Blaine) joined the agency and the name was changed to Solheim Agency.
Our agency staff consists of:

It has always been our mission to provide customers with quality products and sincere service. We will ensure that your coverages are adequate for the current market and that your exposure is minimal.
We are available in the office from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. If you should ever need service outside these hours, we freely give out our cell phone numbers and would gladly schedule an appointment for a time that fits your schedule. Also, if you can’t come to us…we will come to you!

About Ron
Ron was born in Thief River Falls, MN. After graduation from high school, he attended college at Moorhead, MN (then Moorhead State). Ron was a school teacher for a short time and then decided to pursue a career in the insurance industry. Ron has three children and seven grandchildren.
December of 2008 marked Ron's 40th Anniversary as an insurance agent!
Ron has received numerous insurance agent awards throughout his career. These honors include Mile High Summit, President’s Council and his “pride & joy”…Agent of the Year!
Ron enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing in Mexico, driving with the top down on his convertible and relaxing with a good bottle of wine.
Ron introduced his son, Blaine, into the insurance business and agency in July of 2008. Ron wants to assure his clients that he doesn’t plan on retiring any time soon. Ron states, “I can’t just retire and walk away from 40 years of relationships that I have created. Insurance is my life and my livelihood…it’s in my blood. I may cut back on hours, but I will never retire.”
About Blaine
Blaine is the oldest of three children. He was raised in Northwood, ND and married his high school sweetheart, Sharon. They have three daughters; Breanna, Brooke and Brittany.
Blaine’s expertise as a computer technician was pushed to the side as he joined the agency in July of 2008. Blaine enjoys fishing, hunting, camping (basically anything outdoors) and spending time with his family.
